The location was great and magnificent, close to the station, it's a plus.

This place was just a proper fit for a brief visit in Galway with attractive and competitive value for money. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring I got good sleep after long days of exploring. Make sure to double-check check-in procedures, as they can be a bit confusing at first.

the room was good sized and offered a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. the bed was comfortable, plus the bathroom was excellent. in general the staff were flexible and fabulously friendly. the location was prime, just close to the medieval city walls. furthermore, close to all amenities.

I came here with my family. I enjoyed the convenience of the superior double room, as well as central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk etc. The location was EXCELLENT and nice, just off all shops and restaurants and train station, eyre square, great restaurants and shops.

Our bed was awful.

I really enjoyed the clean and modern vibe at Madison House Aparthotel. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The location made it easy to explore nearby shops and pubs, a major plus. I liked the rooftop windows. They added a charming touch to the room. The bathroom lacked surfaces for toiletries, made things a bit tricky. There was no luggage rack, so opening suitcases on the floor wasn't ideal. Communication with staff was mostly through messaging since the lobby wasn't set up yet. Still, the room itself was spacious enough to move around comfortably compared to other cramped hotels. It would be better if some essentials like check-in instructions were more accessible.

Clean, modern, and well-located with a comfortable bed. Easy access to shops and pubs nearby. The rooftop windows added charm to the stay.

Receiving check-in codes via message could improve ease of access. I initially missed the first instructions.

The toilets need updating!!! The entry area has a foul smell!!! A communal dining area or laundry service would be a significant improvement!!!

The room was super cozy with a comfy bed, and I loved the modern vibe. I wish the shower space had been larger. Would totally stay again!

The proximity to shops and restaurants. A friendly staff member helped me with luggage, much appreciated. I found the room spacious and clean, although there was no luggage rack available. Communication with the owners was mainly through messages since there isn't a lobby yet. This was a bit different from what I'm used to as someone who enjoys immersing in local culture.

This hotel is centrally located, boasts exceptionally comfortable beds and modern rooms, and features an incredibly friendly staff.

We enjoyed our three-night stay, as the staff was very attentive upon arrival and throughout our visit, and the location was ideal, with several great pubs and restaurants nearby. Responsive staff, perfect location close to pubs and restaurants, great dining options available.

This hotel offered a brand-new and spotless bedroom, with exceptionally friendly staff that made my stay even better.
